In Castilla - La Mancha they have not wanted to leave the self-employed without aid, since they have been forced to close their businesses after the state of alarm was decreed, therefore, they have drawn up a series of aid that they can request through a series of procedures in the town hall. Next, I am going to detail what those measures are:
Recipients:
Self-employed persons and micro-enterprises, whatever their legal form, who carry out an economic activity in C-LM, and in which one of the following two circumstances concur, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies:
- a) The lease must be in force and have been formalized prior to March 14, 2020, the date of entry into force of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declares the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19.
- b) That not having suspended the economic activity carried out, the self-employed workers or micro-enterprises have suffered a reduction in their turnover in the calendar month prior to the publication of this decree in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha of at least 60% , in relation to the same month of the previous year.
Requirements:
- The requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary are those indicated in article 4 of the Decree for the direct granting of subsidies aimed at self-employed persons and micro-enterprises affected by COVID-19, for the reactivation of economic activity and employment.
- The beneficiaries, where appropriate, must comply with the obligations indicated in article 12 of the aforementioned Decree.
- The beneficiary person will be obliged to facilitate the verifications that guarantee the correct performance of the actions subject to the subsidy. Likewise, it will be subject to the verification actions to be carried out by the granting body, as well as to the financial control of the General Audit of the Castilla-La Mancha Community Board, or of any body, national or of the European Union.
Amount:
The amount of the subsidy to be received by each beneficiary will take into account the subsidy lines and the number of full-time equivalent workers they had on the date of submission of the application, as follows:
a) In line 2, the amount of the subsidy for micro-enterprises, whatever its legal form, will be:
1st. 2,200 euros for micro-enterprises with up to five full-time equivalent workers.
2nd. 3,000 euros for micro-enterprises with more than five and less than ten full-time equivalent workers.
Opinions:
Grant applications will be processed and resolved in order of presentation, depending on compliance with the established requirements, provided that the application to contribute is complete, and until the available funding is exhausted.

In the case of microenterprise applicants
- Documentation accrediting, where appropriate, the representation of the signatory when the applicant is a legal person, or when the request is made by a person other than the interested party, by means of a public deed, declaration in personal appearance of the interested party, or by any means valid in law that leaves a reliable record.
Applications will be submitted only electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Junta de Communities de Castilla-La Mancha for each type of applicant
