Self-employed aids Castilla y León coronavirus
In Castilla y León, a series of subsidies have been allocated to help provide assistance to self-employed or self-employed workers who have ceased their activities due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19, so that they can resume their activity. - After resuming activities, you must maintain activities for at least 6 months.
- Self-employed or self-employed workers whose activities have been suspended, due to the state of alarm, who as of June 30, 2020 were receiving the extraordinary benefit for cessation of activity, and resume their activity maintaining, for at least 6 months from the reincorporation, registration in the Special Regime of the Social Security of Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers.
- Having exhausted the extraordinary benefit for cessation of activity.
- Contribute to the Special Regime of the Social Security of Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers for the corresponding minimum base.
- Do not apply to Social Security for a moratorium or postponement in the payment of fees for the months of August, September and October 2020.
- Carry out your activity and be registered in a municipality of the Community of Castilla y León.
- Comply with the regulations on labor integration of people with disabilities in the terms provided in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, which approves the revised text of the General Law on the rights of people with disabilities and their inclusion Social.
