The BOCCE has published the decree that modifies the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to companies and freelancers with liquidity problems, as emergency aid in order to respond to the economic impact of Covid-19 in Ceuta, under the name of the 'Ceuta Resiste Program' .

Aids were approved in the so-called lines 1 and line 2.
Line 1 are aid in the form of direct subsidies aimed at self-employed workers and micro-companies, conditional on the maintenance of the activity and quantified according to the number of workers who remain registered, during the six months following the end of the state of alarm or of the possible measures of equivalent effect that are maintained on certain sectors.
line 2 are aid in the form of direct subsidies aimed at self-employed workers and companies whose annual turnover (2019) does not exceed two million euros, quantified based on the interest accrued by credit operations that have been arranged, through the extraordinary mechanisms enabled by the Government of Spain and financial entities, regulated in the different regulations implemented as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak.
