Self-employed aids La Rioja coronavirus
The Government of La Rioja has discounted up to 25% of the freelance bonus (in the consumption part of their bills), for those who have ceased their activity or whose billing has decreased by 75% compared to the last six months. The conditions presented by this aid are strict, such as that your income cannot exceed 18,799 euros (if there are no minors in the home), 22,559 euros with one child, or 26,318 euros with two or more children. Another condition to access this aid is that you must have contracted the regulated electricity rate (PVPC).
The city council of Logroño offers aid for SMEs and the self-employed in order to provide financial support for the maintenance of their activity and facilitate the cushioning of the drastic reduction in income, which has been disturbed by the Covid-19 crisis.

- That the activity affected by the closure of the establishment ordered by the state of alarm has not been offset by an increase in billing through an increase in the volume of business on line or by telephone of the applicant.
- Be registered in the Social Security regime or in the corresponding professional mutual and in the Treasury at the time of filing the request.
- That the tax domicile, and where appropriate, the place of development of the activity is in the municipality of Logroño (fiscal and local domicile in Logroño)
- Not being involved in any of the circumstances set forth in Art. 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies and in particular, be up to date in compliance with their tax obligations with the State Treasury (AEAT) and with the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS). This requirement must be met from the application submission date to the grant payment date, if applicable.
