Financial support for Madrid SMEs.
They are direct grant aid to compensate the expenses, which have previously been paid by the SME, in payroll, social contributions, rent of premises and those derived from obtaining products and services, related to necessary protection, prevention and hygiene measures to ensure the safety of personnel, in relation to COVID-19.
The SMEs applying for the aid must have suspended their activity after the declaration of the state of alarm, or be able to prove a decrease in billing of at least 25% e in the second quarter of 2020 compared to the previous quarter or, compared to the second quarter of 2019.
The amount of the aid is determined according to the number of employees of the SME (as of June 30, 2020), in three differentiated sections.
- SMEs with 1 to 3 employees: Single amount of 2,500 euros.
- SMEs with 4 to 9 employees: A single amount of 5,000 euros.
- SMEs from 10 to 249 employees: Single amount of 10,000 euros.
If the economic activity of the SME is considered a priority, based on its CNAE code (10 to 32 and 47), the above subsidy amounts are increased by 25%.

Financial support for SMEs and freelancers in Madrid
It is an aid intended to provide financial support to SMEs and freelancers in Madrid whose activity has been affected by COVID-19 and who have signed a loan that is 100% guaranteed by a Reciprocal Guarantee Company (SGR) .
The aid consists of a grant of 6.5% of the principal that must be used to pay commissions, interest and / or amortization associated with the loan operation signed, and / or the payment of commissions associated with the guarantee granted.

The guarantees granted by the ICO, or other entities that do not have the status of SGR NO fall within the scope of action of this line of aid.

This aid allows the self-employed in the Community of Madrid to extend the flat rate for Social Security contributions for a maximum of twelve additional months; When the initial period of the state incentive ends, the self-employed will receive financial assistance from the Community of Madrid, which will allow them to maintain the cost of paying their Social Security contributions for an additional 12 months.
Self-employed worker program
This aid allows the self-employed in the Community of Madrid to extend for a maximum of twelve additional months the flat rate of contribution to Social Security; When the initial period of the state incentive ends, the self-employed will receive financial assistance from the Community of Madrid, which will allow them to maintain the cost of paying their Social Security contributions for an additional 12 months.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR AID?
The self-employed who have registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA) or in the Special System for Self-Employed Agrarian Workers (SETA) meeting the requirements to be beneficiaries of the state flat rate.
Also the members of associated work cooperatives or labor societies framed in the RETA.
