The Junta de Castilla y León provides a space in its web where we can find all the measures and aids adopted by cause of coronavirus.
One of the aids are to allocate 3 million to care for under 12 years returning to the cole , confined because of the coronavirus in Castilla y Leon and It will allow families to have a support person to take care of their children or dependent family member .
Rental aids Castilla y León.
The Junta de Castilla y León has summoned aid to minimize the economic impact of the coronavirus in rents of habitual residence, direct development homes, o of lease debt.
The aid is intended for all natural persons of legal age, tenants of habitual residence, in a situation of economic and social vulnerability as a result of COVID-19 who meet the requirements.
The amount of the aid will be 100% of the rental income up to 500€ per month with a maximum eligible period of 4 months .
Requirements to apply for rental aid in Castilla y León:
- Being, as of March 14, 2020, in any of these situations and not reaching the set of net income of the members of the family unit for the previous month, as shown below:
- Unemployment .
- Temporary Employment Regulation File ( ERTE ).
- Reduce nursing work time.
- Self-employed workers who have ceased their activities.
- Other similar situations related to work or business activities.
- The rent plus basic expenses and supplies is equal to or greater than 35% of the net income of the family unit.
- Be the holder of a housing lease contract officially signed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29/1994, of November 24, on urban leasing.
