- Having signed a lease contract for a habitual residence in the Community of Madrid , formalized in the terms of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases, expressly including the means and form of payment to the lessor.
- Being able to accredit the payment of the last three monthly payments , unless the contract has a shorter term, in which case the payment will be accredited from the beginning of the contract.
