Aid to SMEs and micro-SMEs that carry out a commercial and artisan activity for current expenses caused by the Covid-19 crisis, for the 2020 financial year (CMCOCO). Commerce.
The purpose of these grants is to provide direct assistance to small and medium enterprises and micro and medium enterprises that carry out commercial and artisan activities due to the costs caused by the Covid-19 crisis.

The beneficiaries of these grants must meet the following requirements:
- Carry out the action in the Valencian Community
- Be legally constituted.
- Not being subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 13, sections 2 and 3, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and not having been sanctioned by a final administrative resolution, in accordance with what is established in Title VI of Law 14/2017, of November 10, of the Generalitat, on democratic memory and for the coexistence of the Valencian Community.
- Be up to date with tax obligations (vis-à-vis the Generalitat and the AEAT) and Social Security.
- Not be a debtor for reimbursement of subsidies.
The beneficiary must keep these requirements within the temporary scope of the aid.
Amount of aid / Collection procedure
- SUPPORTABLE ACTIONS AND AMOUNT
- The aid aimed at the BENEFICIARIES of article 5.1.a), regulated in article 2.1 of the aforementioned Decree, subsidize:
- 50% of the current expenses incurred by retail establishments EXCEPTED FROM THE SUSPENSION of the opening to the public by article 10 of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, by which declares the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by Covid-19, and its subsequent modifications. A minimum expenditure of 750 euros and a limit of 1,500 euros of subsidy per applicant is established.
- 75% of the current expenses incurred, for retail commercial establishments AFFECTED BY THE SUSPENSION of the opening to the public by the aforementioned Royal Decree 463/2020, and its subsequent modifications, with a minimum expenditure of 750 euros and a limit of 1,500 euros of grant per applicant.
- 100% of the current expenses incurred by retail business establishments AFFECTED BY THE SUSPENSION of the opening to the public by Royal Decree 463/2020, and its subsequent amendments, located in the MUNICIPALITIES OF LESS OF 1,000 INHABITANTS of the Valencian Community, with a minimum expenditure of 750 euros and a limit of 1,500 euros of subsidy per applicant.
- 100% of the current expenses incurred will be subsidized, with a minimum expenditure of 750 euros and a limit of 1,500 euros of subsidy for the applicant.
- The aid intended for BENEFICIARIES of article 5.1.c, regulated in article 2.1 will be subsidized:
- 50% of the current expenses incurred, for artisan establishments EXCEPTED FROM THE SUSPENSION of the opening to the public by article 10 of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declares the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by Covid-19, and subsequent modifications. - 100% of the current expenses incurred by artisan establishments AFFECTED BY THE SUSPENSION of the opening to the public by Royal Decree 463/2020, and its subsequent modifications, located in MUNICIPALITIES WITH LESS THAN 1000 INHABITANTS of the Valencian Community, with a minimum expenditure of 750 euros and a limit of 1,500 euros of subsidy per applicant.
- The VAT paid in the acquisition of goods and services will not be eligible
